3 progressions for the one leg ball squat.

I use this exercise a lot for knee injuries and knee rehab as it hits the hip stabilisers well and helps you with knee alignment without vertically loading the knee with any weight. The regression one is almost more like a deadlift as there is more hip hinging going on than squatting but it’s for when you have patello-femoral knee pain and not ready to push the knee forward just yet.
